Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my own voice recordings? Not currently. The system uses ElevenLabs' professional voice library.
What languages are supported? English only at this time. The voices are optimized for American and British English.
Is there a page limit? No hard limit, but very long scripts (150+ pages) may take longer to process.
Can I download the audio? Not currently. Audio plays within the app only.
How do I delete my account? Contact support through your account administrator.
What happens if I lose internet connection? You can browse scripts you've already opened and any notes you've saved will be cached locally. Playback requires a connection since audio streams from our servers. When you reconnect, any notes or changes made offline will sync automatically.
